Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) agenda is regulated under the Law of Limited Liability, Articles of Association, and POJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020 about the Agenda and Management of General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies (POJK 15/2020).

AGMS is company’s highest component and has the authority that is not given to the Board of Commissioners and Directors, with the limits specified in the laws and/or Articles of Association of the Company.
