PT Natura City Developments Tbk. (CITY), on Wednesday, 26 August 2020, held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), one of which is the approval of the Company’s Annual Report, including the ratification of the Financial Report, the Company’s Activity Report, and the Board of Commissioners Supervisory Task Report for 2019.

In this year, the Board of Directors reported that 2019 was a year full of challenges, public demand that has not yet recovered has caused the Company’s performance in 2019, but we were able to book sales of IDR 121.816 billion and comprehensive profits of IDR 31.486 billion.
