Public Expose PT Natura City Developments Tbk. Desember 2021

 

On December 6, 2022 PT Natura City Developments Tbk (the “Company”) held the 2022 Annual Public Expose at Hotel Neo Green Savana, Sentul City, Bogor Regency. This Public Expose was attended by the Commissioners and Directors of the Company, namely Mr. Yuli Dwi Kusmadi as the Commissioner of the Company, Mr. Elfi Darlis as the Main Director, and Mr. Jose Francis B Acantilado as the Director of the Company, and was also attended by shareholders and investors.

In this Annual Public Expose, Mr. Elfi Darlis said that PT Natura City Developments Tbk (Company) with the blessings and grace of God Almighty has successfully passed 2022 even though it was still overshadowed by the COVID-19 pandemic. With good business governance (GCG), which as a whole has succeeded in protecting the Company from greater external pressures and difficult to control by management.
The business environment in 2022 will still be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in the first semester of 2022 the direction of economic improvement can be seen from the achievement of Indonesia’s economic growth which is expected to return the business world to a growth path and recover public demand.
One of the industries that will grow in 2022 is property, especially the real estate sector. However, the high price of supplies, coupled with the non-recovery of people’s incomes, is still causing a contraction in property sales.
The Board of Directors is able to maintain business continuity with appropriate and appropriate strategies and policies in anticipating the economic contraction in 2022. The Company is taking steps to adapt to new habits, including the way the Directors develop business, which encourages the Directors to think fast, move quickly and take quick decision.
The Company’s efforts to implement all strategies and policies in 2022 have yet to yield positive results. Even though the value has decreased, the Company recorded a net loss as of September 30 2022 of IDR 18.588 billion, a decrease compared to IDR 13.408 billion in 2021.
Likewise with revenue, the Company managed to record a value of IDR 20.554 billion in 2022 compared to 2021 of IDR 30.154 billion. Then the position of the Company’s assets in the 3rd quarter of 2022 amounted to IDR 937.593 billion compared to IDR 951.333 billion in 2021. The liability position was recorded to have increased by IDR 80.939 billion in the 3rd quarter of 2022 compared to IDR 76.993 billion in 2021, and equity has increased in the 3rd quarter of 2022 worth IDR 856.655 billion compared to IDR 874.340 billion in 2021.
With the many challenges in 2022, and market demand in the real estate sector that has not been good enough compared to previous years before the pandemic, this has not reduced the Company’s enthusiasm for working and providing the best for Serpong Natura City consumers. This is marked by the Company’s commitment to completing supporting facilities in the Serpong Natura City Housing area such as the completion of the Club House construction which can be used this December by residents, and there will be the launching of a new cluster, namely The Riverside cluster which will be implemented in early 2023.
Socially, the Company provides attractive products for the millennial generation, minimalist and functional designs and carries designs that support work or study activities from home. This is accompanied by quality supporting facilities and can be enjoyed by all consumers properly. The company ensures consumers will get the best products and services.
