After the success of the AJB signing in the previous year, Serpong Natura City (SNC) again held a Mass AJB on 22-23 July 2021, consisting of several houses in the cluster that already have a split certificate.

In 2021, the challenge is the implementation that is held in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, therefore we carry it out with strict health protocols, to keep conditions maintained and the event to run smoothly and orderly.

The unpreparedness of AJB for some of these clusters mostly came from the consumer side, for various reasons. Things such as purchases by cash in stages, consumers are out of town or consumers buy for investment so that AJB hopes to be done if the house has been sold to a third party, are some of the reasons why not all units can be done by AJB.

Yesterday’s mass AJB was attended by no less than 31 consumers. The developer plans to continue to hold mass AJB implementations in line with the ability of consumers to carry out AJB.
